M’lup Russey collaborated with the National Multilateral NGO Working Group on Orphans and Vulnerable Children and S-RT in Battambang Province to organize a Program Implementation Strengthening Workshop Investment and Commune / Sangkat Development Planning presided over His Excellency Chhay Vanna, Deputy Secretary of State, Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation and Chairman of the National Working Group on Multi-Orphan and Vulnerable Children (KRGF) on Feb. 23, 2017 at the Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation Department of Battambang.

Members of the Board of Directors, including Lok Chum Teav Vanna, Members of the Provincial Council, representing His Excellency Chan Sophal, Governor of Battambang Board of Governors, Mr. KimTeng, President of the USSR Battambang, Dr Ouk Mardi, Representatives of the Anti-HIV / AIDS Coordinator and Mr. Lao Songheng, representatives of Mlup Rupy and attend the participation of US and US officials, CEC officials, CCHR and DKBA officials.
