The needs of children and youth are still there, especially life skills and strengthening of knowledge, skills and experience. Battambang Province: On January 20, 2023, Mlup Russey has built relationships and cooperation with Youth for Peace Organization to organizing training courses and youth networks, who want to change, grow, build capacity, develop skills and volunteer to help the community. Depending on meetings with partner organizations, Mlup Russey held two meetings in January with the Youth Network to plan for 2023 and assess the needs of children and care leaver.
