WHAT IS M’LUP RUSSEY?

M’lup Russey is the name chosen for ICC-Project SKY after completing its localization process. M’lup Russey is a local and non-governmental Christian organization that has been officially registered on October 26, 2012 by letter No. 1546, Ministry of Interior. M’lup Russey signed an agreement with the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (UXO) on its project for the first phase (2013-2015) on July 2, 2013 and will continue to sign the agreement for phase 2 (2015 – 2018) on April 29, 2016. Through a meeting on May 2, 2012, HE Prak Chan Thoeun, Director General of the Department of Technical Affairs of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, spoke about the management of the project, that the ministry would assist in all the ways that the ministry could make to ensure that future processes will be successful.
